Our privacy policy will help you understand what information we collect at RapidQ app, how RapidQ uses it, and what choices you have. MeenZer is a nickname for the individual who developed this personalized app. MeenZer built the RapidQ app as a free app.

This SERVICE is provided by MeenZer at no cost and is intended for use as is. This privacy notice is issued on behalf of the MeenZer so when we mention "RapidQ", "we", "us", or "our" in this privacy policy, we refer to the relevant individual personal developer, MeenZer. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.


Data Collection and Safety

• Device Information.

Device Information such as Device ID, device model, and sim's country code will be collected for the use of the service in this application.

- We use Device ID as a unique identification of a person, unique for each device. It is to determine the uniqueness of a person to the service provider while it can also avoid any queue fraud. We do not disclose this information, however, Device ID is harmless if leaked.

- The device model is used to differentiate the service that will be served, for example if the device model is Huawei, the service provided is related to HMS Core (Location Kit, Scan Kit, Map Kit, etc.).

- Sim's country code is used to find out which country this device is currently in. This app will determine the nearest and available service based on the sim's country code.


Data Purpose

• Account management.

Used for user uniqueness and service providers can distinguish between users.


• Data analytics.

Used to collect data about how you use the app or how it performs. For example, to see how many users are using a particular feature, to diagnose and fix bugs or crashes, or to make future performance improvements.


• Developer communications.

Used to send notifications about the app. We send push notifications to inform users about the service. Users can choose to disable notifications.


• Advertising or marketing.

Used to display or target ads or marketing communications, or measuring ad performance. We only display ads within our app that NOT contain deceptive or disruptive ads. We consider ads served in our app as part of our app. The ads shown in our app is compliant with all of Developer Policy.


• Fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

Used to monitor from unknown or unauthorized devices and misuse of services provided.


Terms of Use

Our Terms of Use outlines how we gather and utilise information on the service. You agree to the information practises outlined in that terms, as amended from time to time.

- To facilitate our Service.

These third parties do NOT have access to your Personal Information except Device Information to act as unique Customer ID.

Children's Privacy

This Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
